Location of the Farm: The farm is located on the southwest corner of Carleton, NE.
 
Legal Description: Southwest Quarter (SW ¼) Section Twenty (20), Township Four (4) North, Range Three (3) West of the 6th P.M., all lying south of the Union Pacific Rail Road tracts, Thayer County, State of Nebraska.

Farm Description: This farm consists of approximately 85 +/- acres of dry cropland, and approximately 77 acres of grass & tree cover. The Big Sandy Creek crosses the farm from west to east and gives good cover for wildlife habitat.
